Ontario Family Health Network
A Family Health Network is a group of family physicians who work together with other health care professionals to provide accessible, coordinated care to their patients and create a better working environment for themselves. A key benefit of FHNs is guaranteed after-hours care made possible by a combination of on-call arrangements and a telephone health advisory service. Participation in a Family Health Network is voluntary for all patients and physicians.
