Appointments

All appointments are booked by telephone by calling 807-223-2258.

• To book a day clinic call please call during clinic hours, all appointments are same day.

• To book an appointment with your family doctor call between 8:30 am- 12 noon and 1pm -4:30pm. Our physicians are booked 4-6 weeks in advance.

We are a scent free, smoke free clinic and we ask that patients not smoke just prior to their appointment with their doctor.

After Hours Access

In an emergency, you should call 911 or go to your local hospital emergency department.
If you are a member of our Family Health Network you will be entitled to:

After hours access to a Telephone Health Advisory Service whose qualified and experienced registered nurses will give you advice or refer you to medical or emergency services if needed. Phone: 1-866-553-7205

You can also contact the crisis response services of the Kenora Rainy River District. This program provides assistance to people 16 years and older with mental health and addiction concerns.
